How do I place an order?

All items shown on MachicekTreasures.com can be customized to meet your specific requests. Multiple strands, beads, names, etc... can be added to any piece of jewelry shown. Please contact us with your specifications and we will do out best to fulfill your request.
What methods of payment do you accept?
All payments are processed via paypal. Payments may be made using a customer's paypal account or as a guest on paypal (an account is not necessary).
How soon do you ship orders and what are the shipping charges?
Since all jewelry on MachicekTreasures.com is custom and hand-made, please allow 7-10 business days for shipment. Shipment times may be extended during peak periods such as Christmas and Mother's Day. For rush orders, please contact us at customersupport@machicektreasures.com for earliest shipment dates.
How will my jewelry be packaged prior to shipping?
All jewelry items purchased will be placed in individual jewelry boxes prior to shipping. Jewelry boxes will be bubble wrapped and placed in an envelope or box corresponding with the order size.
What is the return policy?
Customer satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Machicek Treasures will gladly credit your account or make an exchange for the purchase amount minus the shipping and handling costs. Please contact us within 30 days of the shipping date to notify us of the return or exchange.
What materials do you use for your jewelry?
Only the highest quality materials are used to create the jewelry seen on www.machicektreasures.com. All earrings, bracelets and necklaces are made of sterling silver beads, genuine Swarovski crystal and genuine gemstones. Please contact us for further descriptions of specific items.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Sterling silver will tarnish with time. When it begins to tarnish, I recommend using a sterling silver polishing cloth to clean and polish your jewelry. Do not use polishing liquid as this may remove the antique finishing on some sterling silver beads.
